Textbook: David C. Lay et. al., Linear Algebra and its Applications, 5th ed., Pearson, 2016.  You are welcome to use any version of hardcopy or electronic edition of the textbook. The final exam is scheduled for 10:15am-12:15pm on Wed Dec 13 in our usual classroom (BU 209).  A sample exam is posted below.

  • Practice with Functions (8 minutes) discusses evaluating  a function at a point.  Don't bother with this if you breezed through pre-calculus classes.
  • Advice for Learning Mathematics (18 minutes) was prepared for freshman taking a first college mathematics class.  In particular, note at 4:40 that Learning Mathematics is Sequential.
